Common requests
- Where is my order? A tracking number is emailed as soon as your parcel ships. It can take 2–5 business days for the carrier to start showing movement. Delivery windows are in our Shipping Policy.
- Returns and refunds. Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we’ll send the return instructions. Details are in our Refund Policy.
- Damaged or incorrect item. Send a photo and your order number and we’ll sort it out.
